Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship across Europe and worldwide. Free shipping on orders over €100 within Europe.
How fast do you ship?
Every order is printed on demand in Rotterdam. Standard products ship within 2–4 business days. You'll receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Do you ship to Belgium and Germany?
Yes. Belgium: €7.95, delivered in 2–3 business days. Germany: €9.95, delivered in 3–5 business days. For other countries, contact us at hello@bemocollective.com.

Which rocker feet fit my trainer?
We make rocker feets for specific trainer models — Wahoo Kickr Core 1 & 2, Rysel In'Ride D100 & D500, and Zwift Ride. Check the product page of your trainer model to confirm compatibility.
Which bike mount fits my bike?
Our vertical wall mount is available in three versions — Road (up to 38mm tire), Gravel (up to 45mm tire) and MTB (up to 65mm tire). The angled wall mount fits most road and gravel bikes with clipless pedals. Check individual product pages for full specs.
What if my trainer or bike isn't listed?
Send us an email at hello@bemocollective.com with your trainer or bike model. We're constantly developing new products and your request helps us prioritise what's next.

MATERIALS & SUSTAINABILITY

What materials do you use?
We print everything using sustainable plastic — strong, durable and finished with a clean matte look. Every product is designed to last and built to be taken apart for recycling or upgrading when needed.
How sustainable are your products?
We only print what's ordered — no overstock, no waste. Our sustainable plastic is produced responsibly and every product is designed for disassembly so components can be recycled or replaced individually instead of throwing away the whole product.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days to return your order. No hassle, no questions asked. Contact us at hello@bemocollective.com with your order number to get started.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at hello@bemocollective.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — always.
What is your warranty?
All products come with a 2-year warranty. Manufacturing defects are always covered. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

Do you offer custom colours or sizes?
Not yet — we stick to our standard range to keep quality consistent and shipping fast. Got a specific request? Send it to hello@bemocollective.com — we're always testing new ideas.
