Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases from StudioVelo3D, a trade name of Bemo Collective in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Contact hello@studiovelo3d.com with questions.
Products and suitability
We make cycling storage and trainer accessories on demand. Check the product's dimensions, compatibility, load limit and installation instructions before ordering. Product pages identify the materials and included parts. Screen settings can affect how colours appear.
Ordering
Check your selected variant, contact details and delivery details before payment. We confirm your order by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. Obvious pricing or description errors will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable VAT where required. Delivery costs and any other applicable charges are shown before you pay. Use a payment method you are authorised to use.
Production and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery time is additional. Our shipping policy explains destinations, charges and estimated carrier times. We remain responsible for the goods until delivery to you or your designated recipient, subject to statutory exceptions.
Withdrawal and returns
Making a standard product after you order does not remove your consumer withdrawal rights. See our returns and refunds policy for the 14-day withdrawal period, return process and refunds. Please contact us promptly if you want to change an order before dispatch.
Faults and warranty
Goods must conform to the contract and meet applicable statutory requirements. Our additional 2-year manufacturing warranty does not replace or shorten your statutory rights. Contact us about a defect so we can arrange the appropriate remedy.
Safe use
Follow the product's installation and use instructions. Use suitable fixings and respect its stated compatibility and load limits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies.
Your account and personal data
Keep account credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Our privacy policy explains how we process personal data. Accepting these terms is not consent to optional marketing or cookies.
Website and Shopify
Shopify provides the platform for this store. Your purchase contract is with Bemo Collective, which is responsible for its seller obligations. External links are provided for convenience; the relevant provider's terms may apply to its separate services without limiting your rights against us.
Intellectual property and use
Our content and designs are owned by us or used with permission. Do not use the site for fraud, infringement or interference with its operation. Any action we take against misuse does not remove obligations relating to an existing purchase.
Complaints and applicable law
Email hello@studiovelo3d.com; we aim to reply within 24 hours. Dutch law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the court competent under applicable law.
Changes
The terms applicable when you order govern that purchase. Later changes apply to future orders and do not retrospectively reduce your rights.
