StudioVelo3D is part of Bemo Collective (Chamber of Commerce: 42001235) and is responsible for processing personal data as described below. We handle your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What Data We Collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect name and address details for shipping and billing, your email address for order confirmation and communication, an optional phone number for delivery notifications, payment details processed via Shopify Payments (we never store card details), IP address and browser data for security and analytics, and order history for customer service and warranty purposes.
How We Use Your Data
We process your order and handle shipping under contract. Invoicing and accounting are handled under legal obligation. Customer service runs on legitimate interest. Newsletter communications require your consent. Website improvement runs on legitimate interest.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Customer data is retained for 7 years as required by Dutch accounting law. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Website statistics are anonymised and kept for 26 months.
Who We Share Your Data With
We share data only with parties necessary to deliver our service: Shopify for our e-commerce platform, PostNL or DHL for shipping, payment providers for iDEAL, Visa and Mastercard transactions, Google Analytics for anonymised website statistics, and Klaviyo for newsletters with your consent. We never sell your data.
Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, have incorrect data corrected, request deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Send your request to hello@bemocollective.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use functional cookies for the shopping cart and login — these require no consent. Analytical cookies via Google Analytics are anonymised and require consent. Marketing cookies are only placed with your explicit consent. Manage your preferences via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The site is secured with SSL (HTTPS).
Complaints
If you're not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
