Returns Policy — StudioVelo3D

Every product leaves our Rotterdam studio checked. If something's wrong — or you've simply changed your mind — we'll sort it.

Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days

You have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to return your order, no reason required. This is your statutory right under EU consumer law.

How to Return

Email hello@bemocollective.com with your order number and which product you want to return. A reason helps us improve, but it's not required. You'll hear back within 2 business days with return instructions. Pack the product in its original or equivalent packaging and send it back. Once received and inspected, we process your refund.

Return Costs

Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item — in that case we cover it in full.

Refunds

Full purchase amount including original shipping, refunded within 14 days of receiving the return. Same payment method as the original purchase.

Exceptions

We can't accept returns on products that have been used, damaged or modified by the customer, or products made to a custom specification.

Email hello@bemocollective.com straight away. We'll fix it — replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
