Dispatch and delivery

Dispatch is when we hand your parcel to the carrier. Carrier delivery time comes on top of those 48 hours. The estimates below start after dispatch and are expressed in business days.

Shipping rates

  • Netherlands: €8.95, free from €100. Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.
  • Belgium: €12.95. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
  • Germany: €12.95. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
  • EU: €24.95 to Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
  • World: €44.95 to Switzerland, Norway, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Lithuania, Malta, Romania and Slovenia. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.

Outside the EU

Is your country not available at checkout? Email hello@studiovelo3d.com before ordering for a shipping quote and estimated delivery time. Import duties and local taxes may apply outside the EU.

Tracking

We send your tracking number by email after dispatch. If tracking does not update or your parcel is delayed, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Missing or damaged deliveries

We remain responsible for delivery until you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive the goods, subject to statutory exceptions where you independently appoint a carrier. Please report a missing or damaged parcel promptly. A carrier status marked “delivered” does not by itself remove your rights if you have not received the goods.

Delivery estimates do not limit your rights if we fail to deliver as agreed. We will help resolve a delivery problem without requiring you to settle the matter with the carrier yourself.
