Vertical Wall Mount – Road, Gravel & MTB

Before you start.

All sizes are supplied unassembled. Assemble the body parts, rod and screw cap yourself.

Read through the full installation guide before you begin.

• Check that all parts are present before installation.
• Confirm that you have the correct mount variant for your bike and tyre width.
• Make sure the wall is solid and suitable for mounting the bike.
• Do not install the mount on hollow walls.
• Check for electrical cables, water pipes or other services before drilling.
• Make sure there is enough clearance around the bike, including the handlebars and pedals.
• Position the bike against the wall first to determine a comfortable mounting height.

Suitable for solid, non-hollow walls only. Do not install on hollow walls or plasterboard partitions. Select fixings that are suitable for the actual wall material.

The animation shows one plug, the three body parts, washer and screw, screw cap, and finally the oak rod. Marking, drilling and placing the bike are covered in the written steps.

Follow the steps.

  1. [ 01 / 07 ]

    Mark the single fixing point

    Choose the mounting height with your bike and check clearance around the wheel, handlebars, pedals and floor.

    Use the central screw hole in the middle insert to mark one fixing point. Check the mount is straight before marking.

    [ NOTE ]

    The animation starts with a prepared wall hole. Complete marking and drilling before following the assembly shown.

    [ WARNING ]

    Check for electrical cables, pipes or other services before drilling.

  2. [ 02 / 07 ]

    Drill the hole and insert the plug

    Drill the single marked hole using a bit and drilling depth suitable for the supplied 8 × 40 mm wall plug and your wall material.

    Clear drilling dust and insert the one wall plug fully into the prepared hole.

    [ NOTE ]

    Follow the wall-plug instructions for the required hole diameter and depth.

    [ WARNING ]

    Use the supplied plug only in a suitable solid wall. Do not use it in hollow walls.

  3. [ 03 / 07 ]

    Slide the three body parts together

    Position the left half with its flat back towards the wall.

    Slide the middle insert with the central screw hole into the left half. Then slide the right half over the insert to connect it to the left half.

    Check that all three parts are fully joined and the central screw passage aligns with the wall plug.

    [ NOTE ]

    Keep the screw cap and oak rod aside until the body has been fixed to the wall.

  4. [ 04 / 07 ]

    Fit the washer and central screw

    Hold the assembled body flat against the wall, aligned with the single plug.

    Place the M5 washer in the central fixing position, then insert the one supplied stainless-steel 5 × 40 mm screw through the washer and mount into the plug.

    Tighten until the mount is firmly fixed and straight, with no movement against the wall.

    [ WARNING ]

    Do not overtighten or deform the printed body.

  5. [ 05 / 07 ]

    Fit the screw cap

    Fit the screw cap over the central screw head and seat it in its opening.

    Fit this cap before inserting the oak rod.

  6. [ 06 / 07 ]

    Slide the oak rod into place

    Align the oak rod with the transverse rod openings in the assembled holder.

    Slide the rod sideways through the openings into its seated position, as shown in the animation. Check that it is secure before placing the bike.

    [ NOTE ]

    Do not insert the rod before the screw cap.

  7. [ 07 / 07 ]

    Hang the bike

    Lift the bike securely and guide the front wheel fully into the mount.

    Lower the bike slowly until the wheel is properly supported.

    Keep hold of the bike while checking that it hangs straight and that the mount remains firmly attached to the wall.

    [ WARNING ]

    IMPORTANT: Do not release the bike until you have confirmed that it is correctly seated and securely supported.

Final check.

Complete every check before using the product.

Using your product.

To store your bike, lift it securely and guide the front wheel fully into the mount.

Lower the bike gently until the wheel is fully supported. Keep hold of the bike until you have confirmed that it is hanging securely.

To remove the bike, support it securely, lift the front wheel clear of the mount and then move the bike away from the wall.

Always place and remove the bike in a controlled movement. Do not pull or swing the bike sideways while it is supported by the mount.

Care and adjustments.

Wipe the mount clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use aggressive solvents or abrasive cleaning products.

Periodically check the mount and wall fixings for movement, damage or wear. Retighten the mounting screws if required.

Inspect the mount before use and stop using the product if any part is damaged, cracked or no longer securely attached to the wall.

Which wall types is the mount suitable for?

The Vertical Wall Mount is designed for suitable solid walls, including solid masonry, concrete, brick and solid wood.

Do not install the mount on hollow walls or plasterboard partitions.

Which variant do I need?

Choose the variant that matches your bike and tyre setup:

Road Bike – 38mm
Gravel Bike – 45mm
Mountain Bike – 65mm

Check your tyre size before installation to make sure you have selected the correct version.

Are wall fixings included?

Yes. This mount uses one supplied stainless-steel 5 × 40 mm screw, one M5 washer and one 8 × 40 mm wall plug at the central fixing point.

Use the supplied wall plug only in a suitable solid wall. It is not intended for hollow walls.

What is the maximum bike weight?

The maximum permitted bike weight is 15 kg.

Do not use the mount for bikes exceeding this weight.

How high should I install the mount?

There is no fixed installation height.

Place your bike against the wall first and choose a height that allows you to comfortably lift the front wheel into the mount while maintaining enough clearance around the bike.
